For the first time at Bedford Tabletop Expo, we will have a range of speakers hosting sessions about various tabletop related topics! Space is set up with a “First Come, First Serve” arrangement but areas will be left for those attendees with physical disabilities to ensure everyone gets a chance to listen.

Simon Burley is the designer of Golden Heroes, the UK’s first superhero tabletop role-playing game, published by Games Workshop in 1984. He has written and self-published a range of role-playing games and scenarios across multiple genres, and regularly runs games at conventions around the UK.
During the day at Bedford Tabletop Expo, Simon will be offering free short, exciting tabletop role-playing adventures on a first-come, first-served basis, suitable for newcomers and experienced players alike.
In the evening, Simon will be running an exciting premium steampunk adventure.

Paul Copeland is a carpenter turned scratch-builder with over five decades of experience in scale modelling. His work has been featured in multiple modelling publications as well as winning awards in a variety of categories.
Paul worked closely with Jon Tuffley (GZG) to sculpt and cast award-winning miniatures for Full Thrust and Dirtside.
Paul will be discussing his hobby journey, scratchbuilding, managing diorama projects and insights into how the hobby space has changed.

Emesh is the designer and creator of Black Metro and Absolute Ascendancy. He will be discussing the journey of creating a boardgame from concept to publication.
Emesh will be showcasing Black Metro and offering free demos all weekend alongside Arcadia Gaming Tables.

Josh is a Forever DM of many campaigns and has trained in theatre and performance. Alongside tabletop he also manages Murder Mystery events and other LARP activities.
Josh will be offering free character creation tutorials all day Sunday and is happy to chat.
